Spicy Chicken Marinade Bake

INGREDIENTS
4 cloves of garlic - chopped
2 long red chillies - deseeded and chopped
140gms macadamia nuts - chopped
40gms rapadura sugar
80gms sesame oil
80gms mirin
juice of 2 limes
4 chicken filletsMETHOD
1. place all marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix
2. place chicken in container with lid and pour marinade over the chicken, making sure all the chicken is covered, allow to sit in fridge for 3 hours
3. bake in 160C oven for 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken fillets
4. serve with a leafy green salad and asparagus.
