I saw you here at a seminar on the Sunshine Coast back in June and I was intrigued with your way of thinking when it comes to food. It was all I needed to then purchase your cookbook and start providing healthier meals for my family. I then decided early August to do the 21 day program which I have just finished this week. I feel fantastic and energised along with losing 5kg although I wasn't doing it to lose weight as I was already a size 10. I want to compliment you on your amazing recipes and how easy they have been to prepare for the whole family. I had both my kids 5 and 7 eating the evening meal allocated for each day of the program. They had their favourites being the sweet baked chicken and vegetarian sausage rolls. Your teleseminars have also been a good ongoing backup to the information I now know. I don't know how many of my friends here on the coast I have shared this information with but they are all keen to start the 21 day program.

So thank you again, you're an inspiration.

Dear Cyndi, I came across the Changing Habits Changing Lives site while looking for a recipie for a banana cake, and as I read the recommendation from a Queensland lady about your site I was on it. Within 10 minutes I was glued to all the information, and bought the books and the 21day Weight Loss E book. Two months on I love it all to bits.
